We are a small but growing company based in the Clonshaugh area for the past five years. This growth resulted in the requirement for us to employ additional staff in our warehouse /transport and telesales departments. For this purpose, we decided to look at potential candidates in the local area which brought us into contact with the Ballymun Job Centre.

Within one day of contacting staff at Ballymun Job Centre, we were supplied with a number of cv’s from local people eager to interview for the positions. Lexon selected for interview those with the neccessary skill set required and an interview schedule was arranged and implemented by staff at Ballymun Job Centre.

Excellent private meeting rooms and facilities for these interviews were supplied at the Ballymun Job Centre which was very much appreciated by Lexon and we felt it was most helpful for the candidates to prepare and attend the interviews.

The process has been successful both for Lexon and Ballymun Job Centre as we have employed a candidate registered with the centre. Lexon are delighted with this outcome and will definitely liaise with the Ballymun Job Centre on any future vacancies we have.
