Retail Associate Traineeship
The Ballymun Job Centre, in conjunction with
City of Dublin Education and Training Board (CDETB),
Cenit College, and supported by IKEA
are please to announce the start of the
Retail Associate Traineeship Programme in August 2016.

Aim:
The aim of the programme is to enable the learner develop the knowledge,
skills and competence to work in a retail environment, under supervision,
providing effective customer service, retail selling and
performing a range of payment transactions.

The course started in August 2016
and on completion of the course participants will receive a
Diploma Certification in Retail Skills from
City & Guilds equivalent to QQI Level 4.
