adminEvents, News

Understanding My Journey: Supporting Soft Skills Development for Young People is a cross-sector Erasmus+ project led by Ballymun Job Centre that aims to support the soft skills and personal development of young people aged 16-30 across a range of contexts and sectors.

Ballymun Job Centre and our European partners in the UK, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Poland, and Portugal have developed three interactive online tools to assist young people and practitioners with identifying and mapping 8 different soft skills and are delighted to share them with you via a Zoom workshop.

The workshop will include a live demonstration of the UMJ tools, a presentation from BJC guidance practitioner Pat Kavanagh, and a Q & A session. Please join us to discover how you can integrate the UMJ tools and methodology into your career guidance and/or youth work practice.
